The Domineering Ghost by Abbie, age 9

The Domineering Ghost
I am the domineering ghost.
The one who will reveal your demise!
The reckless chill upon your spine.
I am the curse of all curses.

I will summon dark clouds to there goods.
The howls of the wind will create gales at the back of beyond.
The murky sky as dark as night
Will guide you to your doom!

Domineering, monstrous, murky – who will survive?
Scared, shocked and frightened – they all attempt but all have failed.
Petrified, come on out, try to take me on.
Recklessly I crush boulders as I erupt with rage.
Rapidly I flee, who will it be next?

Imagine a place where the sun never shines,
Where wars always happen,
Everyone is always scared:
On my grounds there is such a place.
Skiers flee,
Bob-sleighers flee,
Everyone flees from me!

You have set out your poem very clearly into stanzas - well done! Super similes and descriptive language. The final stanza gave me goosebumps! A brilliant piece of work :)
