The Chill Upon Your Spine! By Phoebe age 9

I am the chill upon your spine,

The one who will take down the pitch- black clouds.

I am your dream crusher.

I will crush them from underneath your feet.

I will summon armies of wind, rain and snow.

Monstrous, murky, hideous – who will live?

Scared, shocked people sky for their lives!

I am as colossal as The Great Wall Of China.

When people climb me will they survive or will they die?

I am your greatest fear!

Well done Phoebe! I love the use a rhetorical question and alliteration :) It gave me a chill down my spine!

I really like the use of the first person here, it really brings the mountain to life.
