Mountain of Doom! By Hannah, age 9

Swiftly, I create the shivering upon your spine.

I am will create the ghostly curse that will haunt you forever,

The crumbling avalanche will catch you.

I will destroy the ones who trespass.

If you trespass you’ll be sorry.

I am the dark menace who will curse you and get armies of snow, ice and wind.

I will make you jump off my edges.

Pitch black, frightened, scared who will survive my curse.

No one knows.

Are you brave enough to climb me?

When you stand on me my anger rises and the curse gets stronger.

If you dare climb up me, you’ll wish you didn’t!

Fantastic Hannah! I like the dramatic vocabulary you have used!
