In a dark village square, poor Kevin the Carrot has been tied up by a mob of angry Sprouts; The Leafy Blinders. They blame Kevin for the downfall of sprouts. Tiny Tom helps Kevin escape back to the circus where Kevin puts on a Christmas show for everyone.

- Write dialogue between Kevin and The Leafy Blinders.
- Create a review of the show.
- Develop your own vegetable characters using 'comedy' puns and alliterations for names. E.g. Russell Sprout, Pascal Parsnip, Tiny Tom, Letitia Lettuce, Col Raby, Broccoli Brothers.
- Compare and then describe the different settings of the dark village and the circus big top.
- Describe the characters using specific language to show their personality traits.
